Phishing via sms en telefoongesprekken 

12-06-2019: Vandaag zijn er phishing sms-berichten verstuurd uit naam van Intrum Justitia. In de sms wordt de ontvanger gevraagd om direct te betalen om een beslagprocedure te voorkomen. Deze sms-berichten zijn vals en wij willen u uitdrukkelijk waarschuwen om niet op de link in het bericht te klikken. 

12-06-2019: Wij ontvangen berichten dat mensen gebeld worden door personen die zich voordoen als medewerkers van 'Intrum Justitia'. Op dreigende toon wordt daaropvolgend een directe betaling geëist. 
Let op: dit zijn geen telefoongesprekken vanuit Intrum. Hier is sprake van fraude (phishing).

Wat is een betalingsregeling?

There are several options. I can pay the invoice during several months using, for example, monthly instalments. The size of the installments can also be agreed on.

A payment plan is a plan for settling your debts. Within the payment plan you promise to pay back a certain amount each month to cover the outstanding debts. Together with our advisors you can agree on a monthly amount that suits your financial situation. 

You can suggest a payment plan yourself, or ask for help with creating one from the collection agency’s customer service department.

If you have received a demand for payment from Intrum, please contact our customer service department. You can create a payment plan also online using your banking access codes to log into our online portal.

If you do not adhere to the agreed installments and due dates, agreeing on a new payment plan may not be possible. The old payment plan is automatically dissolved and collection of the remaining debt balance is continued. Therefore, please remember to make the payment plan as one that you can live with.

If you know in advance that you cannot pay as agreed, it is worth asking what can be done in the issue. Be sure to contact us well before the due date of the installment.
